- Are children allowed in the venue?Yes! But only until 7pm. After that, it’s over 18s only. There are some things children shouldn’t see…
- Is there parking available?Sort of. There's a carpark in Southside Shopping Centre, which is directly opposite us.
- How long will my session be?Tenpin Bowling is booked per game and the number of minutes allotted for each game is the number of people playing multiplied by 10.
Duckpin Bowling, Darts and Shuffleboard are booked by the hour or half hour. - Can I cancel my booking?We aren’t able to offer refunds, however, we’ll happily reschedule your booking for a new date.
- What if I'm running late?Please call us on 020 3026 1600 to let us know and we’ll do our best to move you to a later time slot (although please note that this can’t be guaranteed and we aren’t able to offer a refund).
- Is there disabled access?Absolutely. If you have accessibility requirements, disabilities, or are a wheelchair user, please let us know and we’ll choose the lane, oche or table best suited to you.
- Do I need to bring ID?If you’re 25 or under, or lucky enough to look 25 or under, then yes, you’ll need to bring photo ID with you.
- Can I pay by cash?Unfortunately not. We only accept card payments. Less hassle; more hygienic.
- Do you offer a Blue Light Card discount? We do indeed. You guys are straight up heroes. It’s 50% off all games for you and up to five other people. Valid Sundays to Thursdays.
